I’ve finished my dissertation! Well the rough copy, now all I have to do is proof-read, edit, write my acknowledgements and my abstract :) and I have until the 19th to do it!!
However, now that isn’t on my mind I’m thinking about my future. Again. And I’m getting very, very scared.
I’m pretty sure I’m 100% going to do an MA, but I don’t know whether to stay in Lincs or not. I’m really not ready to leave Lincoln yet because I love it here and have since I started Uni, but I’m not sure on my course - Marketing or Events Management. Both incorporate stuff I want to do, so I’m having a discussion with the head of Events Management soon. Hopefully I’ll feel clearer about it then. Going to go to Barclays tomorrow/wednesday aswell to see if I can get a career development loan, so wherever I decide to go to do an MA I’ll have funding.
Other options: Leeds/London/Cardiff
But then I’d have to make a whole new group of friends, and be on my own for a good month before I do so. I like my friends here, I don’t want to leave them :(
So basically, it’s pretty much decided I’m doing an MA, I just don’t know what in and whether I’ll get funded. Brilliant. Definitely should have thought about all of this before now. Forever being late.
